Formacer is a Chrome extension that helps users autofill forms across websites. The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
Formacer is free and open source software with the following usage limitations:
"Input tokens" refer to the individual form field words processed for autofill purposes. Usage counters reset at the beginning of each calendar month.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formacer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Extension.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Formacer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Extension or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Extension at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Extension, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Chrome Web Store and within the extension settings. Your continued use of the Extension after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
